Groups is another feature that exists to help you manage your listings, you can use it to break down your inventory into categories. For example, a T-Shirt business can use the Groups feature to make a Group for Red T-Shirts, Black T-Shirts and White T-Shirts, which makes these listings more manageable saving time and effort.
Creating a group
To begin creating a Group, click on the ‘Groups’ menu on the left-hand menu. Next, click on ‘Add Group’ which is a green button on the right of the menu and the following pop up will appear-
This is where you name the group, so for the purposes of the example, you would type ‘Red T-Shirt’. Click ‘Save’ and this will create the group. You also have the option to make the group ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’.
Add Listings to a group
Click ‘Listings’ and manually select the listings you want to add to the group. Once you have selected them all, click on the drop down menu and select ‘Assign Group’
You will then be asked to select the group you wish to assign the listings to-
Once you have selected the group and clicked ‘Assign’, you will be notified that the processed has been successful. You can them select the group column to view the listings contained in a group and make decisions based on this.
